Subscription, Billing, Trial & Cancellation Terms
These Subscription, Billing, Trial & Cancellation Terms (the Subscription Terms) apply to paid KlassMatch Provider plans. They supplement the KlassMatch Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If there is a conflict between these Subscription Terms and the Refund Policy concerning a refund, the Refund Policy controls to the extent of that conflict, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
In these Subscription Terms, KlassMatch, we, us, and our mean KlassMatch. Provider, you, and your mean the Provider account holder who selects or uses a paid KlassMatch plan.
1. Paid Plans and Checkout Disclosures
KlassMatch may offer paid Provider plans on a monthly or annual subscription basis. The available plans, features, eligibility, and prices may change from time to time.
Before you complete a paid subscription purchase, KlassMatch will clearly display the selected plan, recurring price, billing interval, and any applicable trial. Where a trial applies, the checkout experience will also clearly disclose the trial length, trial-end date when available, automatic conversion to a paid subscription unless cancelled, automatic renewal, how and when to cancel, and a link or reference to the Refund Policy.
The price, billing interval, and other material subscription terms clearly presented to you at checkout and affirmatively authorized by you control your purchase. Prices are not established by these Subscription Terms alone.
By completing checkout, you authorize KlassMatch and its third-party payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the disclosed recurring amount and interval, subject to any applicable trial and your cancellation rights described below.
2. Fourteen-Day Free Trial
Eligible Providers may receive one 14-day free trial for an eligible paid plan. Eligibility may be limited. You may not circumvent trial eligibility through duplicate accounts, account recreation, misleading information, or similar conduct.
When a trial is offered:
- a payment method is collected at checkout;
- no subscription charge is made during the 14-day trial;
- unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected paid subscription begins automatically after the trial;
- your payment method is then charged the recurring price and billing interval disclosed at checkout;
- monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually; and
- you must cancel before the trial expires to avoid the first subscription charge.
The trial-end date shown in your checkout, account, or confirmation information identifies the applicable deadline. If you cancel before the trial ends, the first subscription charge is prevented. Trial access continues according to the cancellation or end date displayed to you and the implemented product behavior, and the account may transition to the Free plan afterward.
3. Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. After any trial converts, or if no trial applies, your payment method will be charged the disclosed recurring price at the stated monthly or annual interval unless you cancel before the applicable renewal date.
After enrollment, KlassMatch will provide an electronic acknowledgment or confirmation containing the material subscription and cancellation information. You are responsible for keeping your account and billing contact information current and for reviewing those confirmations.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a Provider subscription through the account controls made available by KlassMatch. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not immediately end access that has already been paid for.
For a paid subscription, full paid-plan access continues through the exact current paid-through date. After that date, the account transitions to the Free plan. Reactivation may be available before a cancellation becomes effective, subject to the account controls and product behavior available at that time.
Subscription payments after a trial converts are generally non-refundable, except as stated in the Refund Policy or as required by applicable law. KlassMatch does not provide a prorated refund or credit for unused paid time solely because you cancel, except where the Refund Policy allows it or applicable law requires otherwise.
Canceling your membership does not delete your account or account data. After your paid access ends, your account moves to the Free plan and your data remains subject to KlassMatch's Terms and Privacy Policy. Account deletion is a separate action.
5. Account Deletion Is Separate
If a paid Provider requests account deletion, KlassMatch turns off the next renewal while the Provider retains full paid functionality through the exact already-paid term. After that paid term ends, the separate 30-day deletion recovery period begins. No prorated refund is issued solely because an account-deletion request was made.
The applicable account-deletion process, recovery timing, and data handling are governed by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and the account controls or disclosures made available by KlassMatch. Requesting deletion does not undo charges already authorized or paid, except as required by applicable law or provided in the Refund Policy.
6. Plan Changes
KlassMatch may make plan-change options available through Provider account controls. An upgrade may result in prorated billing only when that billing is clearly displayed and authorized before it is charged. A scheduled downgrade may take effect at the end of the current billing period according to the product behavior shown to you.
Not every plan, billing interval, or plan-change option is available at all times. These Subscription Terms do not promise that a Provider can switch billing cycles, downgrade immediately, or make a plan change through a particular method.
7. Failed or Disputed Payments
If a charge fails, KlassMatch may retry the charge, ask you to update your payment method, restrict paid features, or change the status of your subscription, in each case consistent with applicable law and the product behavior available at that time. We do not promise a grace period.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please use the support method made available on KlassMatch and review the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
8. Price Changes
KlassMatch may change pricing for future subscription periods. A price change will not retroactively alter charges already paid. For existing subscribers, KlassMatch will provide notice of a changed recurring price when and as required by applicable law before that change takes effect.
9. Payment Processor
Payments are processed through KlassMatch's third-party payment processor. Your use of payment services may also be subject to the processor's terms, privacy notices, and requirements. KlassMatch does not store complete payment-card numbers solely to process Provider subscription payments.
10. Changes to These Subscription Terms
KlassMatch may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will provide notice and seek affirmative re-acceptance when required by applicable law or when otherwise appropriate for the change. The then-current version and effective date will be identified in the updated Subscription Terms.
11. Contact
For questions about a subscription, billing, cancellation, or these Subscription Terms, contact KlassMatch through the support method made available on the Platform.
